Terms & Conditions

This website, www.pragyaonline.com, is operated by Pragya. By placing an order you agree to the terms below and to our full Terms of Service.

Orders and pricing

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. The final price is the one shown at checkout.
• Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, netbanking) get an extra 5% off, applied automatically at checkout. Offers and discount codes may not always combine.
• We may limit quantities or cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error. Any payment made is refunded in full in that case.

Shipping

• Orders are dispatched within 12 hours and delivered across India, usually in 3 to 4 days in Tier 1 cities and 4 to 5 days elsewhere.
• Shipping is free on orders above ₹749. See our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations, returns and replacements

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing info@pragyaonline.com.
• Stationery is non-refundable once delivered. Lifestyle and Desk Essentials products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Orders damaged in transit get a complete free replacement with a free gift. See our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

Cash on delivery

• Cash on delivery orders may need a partial advance to confirm. That advance is non-refundable if the delivery is refused without a valid reason, and cash on delivery may be restricted on future orders.
