Size questions, answered
Which notebook size is best for college?
A4 or B5. A4 gives you full-page notes like a printed sheet. B5 is lighter to carry every day and still roomy enough for lectures.
Which size is best for journaling?
A5. It is big enough to write comfortably, small enough to carry everywhere, and it is the size most journals and planners use.
Is Executive Large the same as A4?
No. Executive Large is 19 × 27 cm, about 2 cm narrower and 2.7 cm shorter than A4. It feels just as spacious but fits more easily in a bag.
How much smaller is A5 than A4?
Exactly half. Fold an A4 sheet in half and you get A5. The same rule applies all the way down: A6 is half of A5, A7 is half of A6.
What size are the Think Pads?
9.5 × 20.5 cm. They are slim, top-bound pads made for to-do lists and quick notes, and they fit in any bag or tote.
