At PragyaOnline.com, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and on time. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days after successful payment.
- Customized, personalized, or bulk orders may require additional processing time.
- Any extended timelines will be communicated proactively.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, and external factors.
- Remote locations and peak seasons may experience slight delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location.
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 will have shipping charges calculated at checkout based on weight and location. COD orders are eligible for free shipping above ₹499 subject to availability at your pin code.
- For bulk or B2B orders, shipping terms are finalized separately.
5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email or SMS.
- You can track your order directly through the courier partner or reach out to our support team for assistance.
6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Weather disruptions
- Transport or logistics issues
- Strikes or regional restrictions
- Incorrect shipping information
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control but will assist you with updates and support.
7. Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.
- If delivery fails due to unavailability, the order may be returned to us.
- Re-shipping will be arranged at an additional cost.
8. Partial COD Orders
- For partial COD orders, the advance payment is non-refundable.
- The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery.
- Orders may be cancelled if the balance is not paid upon delivery.
9. Packaging & Product Safety
- All orders are packed securely using appropriate protective materials.
- If the package appears damaged at delivery:
- Capture photos/videos before opening
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
