Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Here is what to expect once you place an order.
1. Dispatch within 12 hours
- Every order is packed and dispatched within 12 hours of being placed.
- Customised, personalised and bulk orders need extra production time. We will tell you the timeline before dispatch.
2. Delivery timelines
- Tier 1 cities: 3 to 4 days. Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune and Ahmedabad.
- Tier 2 and other cities: 4 to 5 days.
- Remote pin codes, festive peaks, weather or courier disruptions can occasionally add a day or two. We will keep you updated if that happens.
3. Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹749.
- Orders below ₹749 have a small shipping charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
- Cash on delivery is available. Any COD fee is shown at checkout.
- Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, netbanking) get an extra 5% off, applied automatically at checkout.
- Bulk and B2B shipping terms are agreed separately.
4. Tracking your order
- As soon as your order ships, you receive a tracking link by SMS and email.
- You can also reach us any time for an update.
5. Delivery attempts
- Our courier partners usually attempt delivery 2 to 3 times.
- If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, the order returns to us and re-shipping is charged separately.
6. Damaged package on arrival
- Take photos and record a video before opening a damaged package.
- Email info@pragyaonline.com within 24 hours of delivery.
