1. No Returns After Shipment
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except in case of damaged or defective products.
- Please review product details, quantity, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
2. Returns for Damaged or Defective Products Only
We accept returns only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
To be eligible:
- Inform us within 24 hours of delivery

Required proof:
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Outer packaging images
- Shipping label
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
All requests are subject to verification by our team.
3. Resolution for Approved Cases
If your request is approved, we will offer:
- Replacement (subject to availability), or
- Refund to the original payment method
4. Customized & Personalized Products
- Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable
- Exception applies only if the item is received damaged (with valid proof)
5. Partial COD Orders
- A partial advance is required to confirm COD orders
- This advance is non-refundable under all circumstances
- Remaining balance must be paid at delivery
6. Refusal to Accept Orders
If delivery is refused without valid reason:
- Order will be marked as “Refused by Customer”
- Advance amount will be forfeited
- COD option may be restricted for future orders
7. Non-Eligible Return Cases
Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Minor color or design variation (screen differences)
- Damage after delivery due to mishandling
- Delivery delays caused by courier or external factors
- Used or tampered products
- Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
8. How to Raise a Return Request

- Order ID
- Issue description
- Photo and video proof

9. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
