Orders and pricing
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. The final price is the one shown at checkout.
Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, netbanking) get an extra 5% off, applied automatically at checkout. Offers and discount codes may not always combine.
We may limit quantities or cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error. Any payment made is refunded in full in that case.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 12 hours and delivered across India, usually in 3 to 4 days in Tier 1 cities and 4 to 5 days elsewhere.

Cancellations, returns and replacements
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing info@pragyaonline.com.
Stationery is non-refundable once delivered. Lifestyle and Desk Essentials products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Cash on delivery orders may need a partial advance to confirm. That advance is non-refundable if the delivery is refused without a valid reason, and cash on delivery may be restricted on future orders.
