Every order is packed and dispatched within 12 hours of being placed. Customised, personalised and bulk orders need extra production time, and we will tell you the timeline before dispatch.
Tier 1 cities: 3 to 4 days. Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune and Ahmedabad.
Tier 2 and other cities: 4 to 5 days. Remote pin codes, festive peaks, weather or courier disruptions can occasionally add a day or two.
Free shipping on orders above ₹749. Orders below ₹749 have a small shipping charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
Cash on delivery is available. Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, netbanking) get an extra 5% off, applied automatically at checkout.
Your tracking link is sent by SMS and email as soon as the order ships.

Stationery is non-refundable once delivered. This covers notebooks, diaries, registers, journals and planners.
Lifestyle and Desk Essentials can be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
Damaged in transit? You get a complete free replacement, with our apology and a free gift. Email info@pragyaonline.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID, photos and the unboxing video.
